Mrs. Carter's vision, however, was to develop an innovative approach to janitorial and maintenance services, a "One-Stop-Shop" which would address all of an organization's janitorial needs. As the business she was affiliated with began to expand, adding pressure washing and steam cleaning, soon followed along with parking lot maintenance, and landscaping to its service list and later on painting and snow removal.
